Answer: We charge a setup fee because of the labor involved in setting up a new site and/or migrating your existing website to our infrastructure.
Question: What is GMB Listing Management?
Answer: GMB stands for Google My Business. Our GMB Listing Management service keeps your listing information correct as competitors, upset ex-employees, and other people can easily make changes to your listing that might negatively impact your business. We perform a daily check and correct any changed information we find.
Question: Can I write my own blog posts?
Answer: Absolutely! This is your website, the blog is for you to create content you believe your audience will like. You’ll be added as an administrator to the site so you can write anything you want.
Question: Do I own everything on the website you build?
Answer: Most definitely! The only content you won’t own the full rights to is any pre-written content we’ve created, images that we’ve licensed, etc…
Question: Why does the Studio Starter package come with pre-written content and not all unique content?
Answer: Unique, creative, high-quality content is expensive to produce. We simply can’t create that volume of good unique content and offer a low price point. You can add your own content, write new content on your own to replace the pre-written content, or upgrade to either our Class Builder or Pro Yogi subscription and we’ll handle that work for you.
Question: What does the Unlimited Tech support include?
Answer: We offer unlimited support for your website and CMS that includes upgrades, restores from a backup, malware blocking and removal, downtime investigation, etc… Tech Support does not include custom software or web development, plugin installation, optimization, graphics design, image editing, video editing, database migrations or database maintenance, website backups, server hardware maintenance, website migration to another service, website migration to another CMS, plugin conflict resolution, domain consulting, server infrastructure design, or anything outside of standard support for your existing website and the basic i.t. services required.
Question: If I cancel my account what happens? Do you erase my website?
Answer: We will never delete your website. However, website’s that are hosted on our service will continue to incur a charge for hosting services as long as they remain hosted on our network. You will not be able to use any of the pre-written content we own the rights to once you leave our service either.
